Registered Nurse (RN), Visiting Nursing - Part-time 0.8

VON is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in homes and community settings across Nova Scotia. The role involves a variety of clinical duties such as diabetes management, dialysis, IV and CVAD care, palliative care, and wound care. VON prioritizes the opportunity to work to full scope and provide autonomy to nurses.

Requirements

• Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
• Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
