Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or other related engineering field
• 1y+ years of experience using Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP, MAXIMO, INFOR, ETC.)
• 2y+ years of experience in an industrial related field
• Self-starter, eager to deliver improvements to the maintenance organization
• Solutions driven, always keeping operational standards and customer satisfaction in the forefront
• Highly collaborative within direct and indirect teams
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Identifies process improvements to remove waste and enhance service delivery
• Strong change management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong active listener
• Driven to create and implement solutions from broad organizational goals
