Manager Operations

As Operations Manager, you ensure that all operational terminal activities are carried out in line with operational procedures, requirements and customer expectations.

Requirements

• At least a completed HBO Bachelor degree (for example civil, mechanical, logistics);
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry;
• At least 5 years of leadership experience;
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
• You are a team player who can connect with the workplace and management;
• You are a strong and independent result-oriented personality, with a lot of enthusiasm, energy and self-confidence;
• You are able to work in a strongly changing environment;
• You are a strong people manager, you can get people in your environment on board;
• Positive promotion of our performance management culture and the associated behaviors, result orientation, feedback and teamwork.
