Job Description
Vopak is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement strategy for all Belgian Vopak entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the procurement strategy, leading a team, and promoting collaboration and strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in negotiating, influencing, change management, coaching, and building partnerships.
- Extensive, practical experience in executing tenders, combined with a robust and practical understanding of contract law.
- Strategic procurement experience: Significant experience in planning and defining procurement strategies and leading complex initiatives for category management.
- People skills & leadership: Proven experience in building strong, cohesive teams that deliver results.
- Mindset & adaptability: A highly flexible mindset and proven ability to work and succeed in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
