Job Description
Vortexa is seeking a Product Specialist in their commercial team to combine product knowledge with energy market experience. This role focuses on presenting Vortexa's platform to clients and partners, driving engagement, contributing to product roadmap prioritization, and growing relationships within the industry. The position requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and market-facing experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a market trading, broking, operation or customer facing role related to the oil & gas or shipping markets
- Experience with software visualisation tools/web applications
- Broad understanding of market fundamentals, across seaborne oil and gas routes and trading strategies
- Customer-success orientation
- Highly proficient in face to face communications
- Experience producing written materials and presentations
- Results-oriented focus
- Ability to be conversant in Mandarin
- Inquisitive mind towards the use of data and technology in shipping and trading
- Fluency in English
