As a Podcast Social Media Producer, you will create and deploy social content for multiple shows in our network, working closely with podcast producers, hosts, and the podcast marketing team to reflect each show's distinct audience and aesthetic.
Requirements
- Develop and produce engaging social content for each show in the podcast slate
- Collaborate with show producers and hosts to identify compelling moments in episodes
- Optimize content for platform performance and stay current with algorithm changes
- Track performance metrics and feed insights back into creative strategy
- Maintain an archive of assets and templates
- Adapt creative approach/tone to different show audiences and brand personalities
- Manage multiple projects/shows simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines
- Data-literate and able to interpret performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A portfolio or reel of past work showcasing short-form video, image/motion assets, and social campaign results
- Experience working in podcast media or editorial-driven media brands
- Familiarity with audio editing or podcast production workflows a plus
