Voxidea is looking for a skilled Paralegal specializing in US immigration law to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm and is proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase.

Requirements

• Has at least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
• Holds a law degree (or equivalent) from their home country.
• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Is proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase (preferred).
• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with immigration-specific databases and software.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, visa types, and forms (family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration).
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
