Job Description
Voyago is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employee and management needs. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field and 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner role, ideally in a related industry
- CHRP certification is preferred
- Clean Criminal Record Search and Drivers Abstract
- 2-3 years hands on working experience managing labour relations, grievances, arbitration prep and negotiations
- Complete proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other common applications
- In-depth knowledge of current legislations relating to employment standards
