Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support / IT Helpdesk Technician to join our technical support team. You will help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with our radiation detection instruments, including models 375, 4525, 4530, and the 3000 Series.
Requirements
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience
- Working knowledge of Windows environments, networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, RS-232, Ethernet, SQL), and basic hardware troubleshooting
