Job Description
This Driver position involves collecting customer information, operating company vehicles, and adhering to federal/state transportation laws. The role requires timely performance of duties, customer service, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Drivers are expected to have a clean record, accept change in directions, and work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations
- Report to work on time and complete duties of the position
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Receive, comprehend, and respond to direction
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Tolerance for heat in summer, cold in winter
- Ability to read a city map
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean MVR
- Clean background check
- Must be able to pass random drug screens
- Must be able to carry a cell phone
- Strong directional awareness and navigational skills
- Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable
