Director, Field Services

The Director, Field Services will evaluate, develop and manage strategies to develop solutions for the field services team. They will oversee operations, growth and retail sales at onsite clinics, and build and lead a team of Field Managers, Optical Managers, and Optical Administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to the functional area
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
• 6 years working directly in an independent eye care practice or retail location as a business manager or business consultant (Retail chain experience a definite plus)
• Optical retail experience with multi-unit/multi location stores
