Job Description
Vulcan Energie Ressourcen GmbH is seeking a Contract and Claim Manager to join their growing team in Karlsruhe. This full-time, permanent position involves managing claim-relevant activities, identifying contractual risks, independently managing top-level claims, establishing processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires a Master's degree, extensive experience in procurement or claim management, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Completed a degree (Master) in a commercial or technical field – ideally business law, business or civil engineering.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in strategic procurement or claim management of complex technical projects.
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary and/or international teams.
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
- Structured, independent work style.
- Very good German and good English skills.
