Plant Supervisor

Vulcan Materials Company is looking for a Plant Supervisor to promote safety, organize and plan production, manage employee relations, and maintain compliance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supervising production employees, leadership and management skills, and knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment.

• Previous experience in supervising production employees
• Leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
• MSHA regulations
• Engineering principles and procedures
• Quality control systems and processes
• Financial knowledge
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
