The Vulpius Clinic is seeking a Deputy Head of Station to support management, oversee team and work processes, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to ward workflow. Responsibilities include employee management, training, scheduling, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve nursing goals and provide patient care.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse or nursing specialist
• Professional and management experience in clinical nursing is desirable
• Communication skills
• Openness and team skills
• Empathetic interaction with patients
