Job Description
The Senior Data Analyst will analyze user journeys and conversions to support product and growth decisions. They will work closely with marketing to optimize paid ad performance and build dashboards to track A/B tests. The role involves data management, testing, and translating raw data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a data analyst, growth analyst, or product analytics role.
- Proficient with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and analytics integrations.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, funnels, etc.).
- Experience working with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and marketing attribution.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and statistical significance interpretation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious.
