Senior Maintenance Mechanic

Performs, coordinates, and oversees the preventive and required maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of Residential Apartments and other W.C. Bradley Co. properties. Maintains inspection schedule and provides budgetary control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with two additional years of trade school
• Six years of construction and/or maintenance on large residential facilities
• Extensive experience in HVAC, geo-thermal systems, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, fire suppression systems, elevator systems, and general repair and maintenance
