Job Description
W-Industries is searching for an Electrical Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities on site.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities on job sites
- Lead, mentor, and manage electrical crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
- Monitor progress, track labor and materials usage, and report status to management
