Job Description
Berkley Technology Services (BTS) is seeking a Command Center Manager for its Wilmington, Delaware location. The role involves leading a team of analysts, ensuring 24/7 operations of enterprise data centers, and driving process maturity and automation. This position is a key role within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment focused on security, innovation, and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a leadership role within a Data Center, NOC, or SOC
- Proven success in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
- Strong technical acumen with experience with tools like SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog
- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
