Job Description
Berkley Accident & Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop medical stop loss/captive program projects and opportunities in the Northeast Region. The role involves identifying target markets, executing sales plans, building a network of preferred producers, and utilizing cross-selling strategies. This is a remote position with internal mobility opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years sales experience, with an emphasis on medical stop loss insurance (will train in captives)
- Knowledge of principles and methods for selling group insurance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
