Job Description
W. R. Berkley Corporation is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for their Regional Segment. The role involves managing and handling regulatory compliance operations for the company's operating units, ensuring timely completion of processes, and providing training and guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance.
Requirements
- Proficiently use Microsoft suite of products: Word; Excel; Outlook; Teams; SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, Walters Kluwer or similar subscription service preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and professional judgment.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team of people with varied backgrounds.
