Job Description
Berkley Speciality Property is seeking a Senior Brokerage Assistant to develop and implement account evaluation and binding strategies. This role involves managing accounts, collaborating with other departments, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company's success within the London Commercial Property Team. The position reports to the Broker & Director and works with both Field and Staff functional areas.
Requirements
- Daily management of workload for business solicitation and retention.
- Development and implementation of account evaluation and binding strategies.
- Coordinating with IT, Operations, Actuary, Finance, Marketing, and Claims functions.
- Adherence to account quality and compliance processes.
