Vertriebsdirektor (m/w/d)

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for sales management, building and developing a team of sales partners, and implementing sales strategies. You will also support sales representatives, develop concepts for new customer acquisition, and take over recruitment and onboarding of new external partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Results-driven individual with a strong desire for success
• Fluency in German and English
