As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for the company's purchasing function, leading the work to ensure a stable and efficient supply, and building strong supplier relationships. You will work in a business and strategic way, with a focus on how the purchasing work best contributes to the company's overall goals.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in purchasing, economics, technology, or other relevant fields
• At least 10 years of experience in qualified purchasing work, procurement, and supplier negotiations
• Documented experience of leading roles with personnel responsibility
• Good understanding of technical components, project purchasing, and industrial flows
• Experience of working in ERP systems, preferably Monitor or equivalent
• Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and make business decisions
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and action-oriented with good communicative ability
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a changing environment
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
