The Area Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting Waiakea’s growth by expanding account coverage, building strong customer relationships, and executing retail programs across assigned territories.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sale, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Experience in CPG, beverage, or DSD environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive results; strong knowledge of servant leadership models and methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for sustainability and community is a big plus.
