Team Leader

The Team Leader position is responsible for leading shift team members, setting up computerized numerically controlled machine tools, and promoting a culture of success and excellence.

Requirements

• Leads shift team members
• Explains status of jobs running in CNC
• Assigns jobs to machines using master schedule
• Ensures team members are clocking in with Ax and approve hours
• Conducts hourly shop inspections
• Ensures all team members are conducting preventative maintenance
• Evaluates team members on skill progression
• Installs cutting tools and various work holding devices
• Operates and adjusts machines
• Detects and reports improper operation, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions
• Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company
