Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cost Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-volume construction projects, process invoices, and support budgeting, change order, cost tracking, analysis, reporting, and processing invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business or related field, or equivalent professional training and experience
- 2+ years cost accounting and project controls experience
- Experience with cost control management and analysis
- Advanced Excel abilities (Pivot tables, VLookup, or SumIf)
- Effective communication and organizational skills
