Job Description
The Project Manager is a senior-most on-site leader responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and oversight of contract tasks within a force-intensive security environment (FPCON). This role focuses on ensuring mission-critical readiness, regulatory compliance, and contract performance, including oversight of guards, physical fitness, and compliance with all directive requirements. The PM ensures operational adjustments, acts as liaison between site-level staff, and provides hands-on supervision during emergency events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security supervision, military leadership, or law enforcement command roles.
- Relevant experience in security operations management, law enforcement, or military service at a comparable level of responsibility.
- Prior experience managing large-scale security operations across multiple sites or jurisdictions.
- Strong working knowledge of contract compliance requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearances.
