Job Description
The HR Information Systems Analyst is a member of the HRIS team within the HR Operations CoE at Walgreens. The Analyst will partner with Sr and Principal HRIS Analysts to assist stakeholders with complex technology enhancements, updates, and problem resolution in support of core HR systems.
Requirements
- Supports execution as directed by manager or principal for HR modules
- Assists in resolving escalated tickets related to HR systems
- Provides fundamental analysis of HR data across various HR modules
- Maintains compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies related to HR systems
- Participates in data quality and governance processes
- Supports the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for HRIS users
- Assists with system leads and IT to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Executes user acceptance (UAT) and regression testing
