Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the daily movement of our fleet. The Dispatcher will ensure timely dispatching, efficient routing, and effective communication between drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support smooth and cost-effective transportation services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in logistics or transportation is an asset)
- 3-5 years of dispatch or logistics experience
- A valid G Class Ontario Driver’s Licence
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) for reporting and data management
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and fleet management practices
- Proficient using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
