Real Estate Instructor (Part-Time/Contract)

Wall Street Prep (WSP) provides training programs to the financial services industry, focusing on real estate finance. They offer both in-person and online training for students and professionals, with a focus on equipping individuals with the practical skills needed to succeed in their careers. The role involves developing and delivering training, mentoring, and providing a leadership role in real estate finance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm.
• Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus.
• Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis.
• A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Availability to conduct training sessions Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to at least 10 training days per year.
