Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team at WalletConnect, a global, remote-first company that builds the connectivity layer for wallets and apps to communicate securely across blockchains. The successful candidate will provide real-time legal guidance on product features, review and negotiate commercial agreements, and navigate the regulatory landscape across payments, crypto-assets, and data protection.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified lawyer
• Experience in product, commercial and/or technology law
• Ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements at pace
• Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or financial services regulation
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
