Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our WalletConnect Pay team, where you will design, build, and maintain backend services, make sound architectural decisions, and own your services end-to-end. As a senior-level backend engineer, you will work on a wide range of tasks, from designing APIs and data pipelines to building observability into your services.
Requirements
- Strong API and system design skills
- Production experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Ability to translate business requirements into correct, maintainable implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with payment systems or financial infrastructure
