Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a multi-family builder
• Solid organizational skills
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office software
• Previous experience with project management software (Procore)
• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports
• Ability to make complex decisions requiring significant judgment
