Resident Service Coordinator

The Resident Service Coordinator will identify social, emotional, employment, education, and medically related needs of residents and provide services to meet those needs. The position involves linking residents to community services, conducting assessments, and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in human services or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience serving low-income individuals, families, seniors, and/or persons with disabilities
• Knowledge of community support services available to residents of family and/or senior housing developments
• Experience working with older persons and/or families in a direct service capacity
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with residents
