Field Quality Coordinator

Walters Group is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to join their team in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, developing quality plans, and ensuring consistency of service. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package, including a wage range of $31-$38/hour.

Requirements

• Completion of a college diploma or degree in Engineering or similar
• 1 to 3+ years' experience in the Structural Steel Industry and site installation
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (CSA S16, W47/W59)
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Management and coordination of a Quality System
• Knowledge of steel fabrication concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to read structural and fabrication drawings
• Demonstrated proficiency in supporting site installation and Project Management
