Job Description
The Embodied AI team at Wandelbots is seeking a founding member to lead the technical strategy and execution for exploring and enabling new robotic form factors (humanoids, quadrupeds, drones, mobile platforms). The role involves driving architecture, overseeing engineering, and collaborating with domain experts to deliver innovative, deployable solutions. A strong robotics background, experience as a team lead, and a deep understanding of robotics control are essential.
Requirements
- Strong robotics engineering background
- Hands-on experience building and deploying robotic systems
- Proven experience as an engineering manager or technical team lead
- Deep knowledge of robot control architectures
- Familiarity with AI integration in robotics
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
