Job Description
As an Owner Relations Representative, you'll be the main contact for property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly. You'll manage communications, provide updates, and resolve issues to build positive relationships with property owners and the management team. This remote role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service, account management, or customer success experience
- Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence
- Comfortable working Tuesday-Saturday, CST
