Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with experience leading multiple technology teams.
- Deep understanding of design patterns and the ability to make thoughtful trade-offs between different technology stacks.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams and fostering an inclusive culture of continuous learning.
- Ability to build strong relationships and present complex ideas confidently to executive-level stakeholders.
