Lead Golang Developer

We are a world-class digital technology consultancy seeking a Lead Backend Developer to join our team. As a Lead Developer, you will define project-level architecture and technical approaches, fostering a psychologically safe environment for your squads to flourish.

Requirements

• Deep experience in defining and scaling microservices, specifically maintaining and troubleshooting secure Go (Golang) systems at scale.
• Senior-level experience in at least one other major programming language, showing your ability to lead across diverse environments.
• Expert-level command of Kubernetes and Helm for complex, cloud-native deployments.
• A proven track record of leading squads through the full Agile lifecycle, from initial design to Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Mastery of coding best practices and the ability to inspire and enforce high standards across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical trade-offs effectively.
