We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our Enfield bakery, supporting a predominantly manual workforce and working with the onsite HR team to manage Employee Relations case management, culture, wellbeing, engagement, and network-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in HR Operations
- Strong in Employee Relations — confident managing cases independently
- Experience within a fast-paced operational environment, ideally in manufacturing/transport/logistics
- Skilled at coaching managers, challenging constructively, and maintaining pace
- Strong communication and influencing skills
