Job Description
Warby Parker is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their Finance team. The successful candidate will drive payroll compliance for 3,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada, taking on complex financial processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll-related experience
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-state payrolls
- CPP certification
- ADP and Oracle HCM experience
- Experience processing payroll in Canada
- Familiarity with the accounting side of payroll
