Job Description
Warfel Construction Company is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Winchester, VA. This role involves managing daily tasks, overseeing communication, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Frequent site visits are required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong initiative.
Requirements
- Keeps contact with the jobsite supervisor and Field Engineer.
- Prepare change orders for review in Procore.
- Review and approve RFI's.
- Prepare submittals to send for review by architect/engineer.
- Track returned submittals.
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and pre-installments.
- Prepare owner meeting minutes.
- May require additional functions depending on projects.
