Application Security Engineer

Wargaming is seeking an Application Security Engineer to safeguard millions of players in its online games. The role involves identifying and mitigating security risks, integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle, and contributing to research and penetration testing. This position offers hands-on experience with security tools and a chance to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge in computer and network security.
• Solid understanding of modern operating systems and network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix/Linux systems.
• Knowledge of web application attack vectors and protection methods.
• Experience with security scanners and understanding of how they work.
• Programming skills in Python, .NET (Python/C#), and Go.
• Willingness to learn additional languages.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and exploitation techniques.
• English at Intermediate level or above.
