Job Description
The Camp SunSparrow Team Leader is responsible for ministering to the spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs of counselors, campers, and volunteers (high school-adult). This role requires leadership and organization in Camp SunSparrow's functions, including supervising staff and volunteers, providing care, and managing programs. Overnight stays and 24-hour leadership are essential. This is a seasonal contract position.
Requirements
- Supervise and guide Camp SunSparrow staff and volunteers (ages 15+)
- Prepare and oversee camp activities including crafts, recreation, and training
- Maintain integrity of camp standards and safety regulations
- Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
