Job Description
The Nurse Manager is a key operational leader for the Special Care Nursery (SCN), responsible for direct patient care, staff management, and unit operations. This role involves supervision, staff development, and planning of new hires. The Nurse Manager provides leadership and support for patient care and staff development.
Requirements
- Graduate from a school of nursing with a current California RN License
- Bachelor Degree in nursing from an accredited program
- BLS/NRP required
- Minimum of three years experience in clinical nursing
- Minimum of one year experience in management or leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical nursing practice
- Demonstrated expertise in oral and writing skills in English
