Job Description
The Quality Coordinator RN will work collaboratively with a Sr. Director to improve processes, manage data, conduct statistical analysis, and measure outcomes for Medical Staff and hospital departments. The role requires a combination of clinical and technical skills, with proficiency in data management and presentation.
Requirements
- Current RN License or healthcare equivalent required
- Masters Degree in health services related field preferred
- Five years clinical experience
- One year experience in quality improvement or related field desired
- Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Demonstrated skill in data management, presentation, and analysis
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
