The Administrative Coordinator II - Research will provide vital project and administrative support to the School of Public Health’s Research unit. They will coordinate staff services, schedules, and administrative needs, and develop budget reports and implement financial monitors. They will also assist with payroll processing and other clerical functions, and supervise nonexempt staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
- Relevant Experience (3 Years)
- Computer Literacy, Financial Applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Office Equipment, Payroll Systems, Supervision, Workday Software
