The Case Worker II will provide youth-centered case management/referral services for high school age youth as part of a school-based health center. The position will coordinate with other behavioral health/health staff members of the SBHC multidisciplinary team and closely with school faculty and leadership to implement services within the school setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
