Landfill Gas Plant Technician - G1 License Required

We are seeking a Landfill Gas Plant Technician with a G1 License to join our team. As a Gas Plant Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining components of the biomethane plant, performing daily operations, and troubleshooting equipment. You will also be required to collect and record plant performance data, inspect and examine machinery, and close work orders using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements

• G1 Gas Technician License
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operation and maintenance
• Strong aptitude in electrical or instrumentation systems
• Experience with SCADA systems, blowers, thermal oxidizers, adsorption vessels, gas-fired engines, or gas compression equipment (asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) (asset)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and be within a 30-minute drive from the site during on-call periods
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
