Residential Porter Part-Time

Xperts - an on-site waste and recycling facilitator - is seeking a Residential Porter to visit multifamily properties in downtown Los Angeles. The position involves daily upkeep and janitorial duties, including waste collection, cleaning, and maintenance. A key aspect is ensuring compliance with the WasteXperts' vision to contribute to a fully renewable planet and a circular economy.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (non-CDL) and clean driving record
• Two or more consecutive years of driving in the USA
• Adequate auto insurance coverage
• Own vehicle
• Experience providing high attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
